In order to complete most of the steps below, you will first have to remove the title from your library. In this article: Change your download qualityCheck your Wi-Fi connectionUpdate your appSign out of the app and sign back in againReboot your device Change your download quality Go to your Profile.Select the Settings gear icon.Select Data & storage.Change the quality from Standard to High.Go to your Library and try downloading your purchase. Check your Wi-Fi connection Open your device settings and make sure your Wi-Fi is connected to a network. Update your app For iOS Open the App Store.Select your profile icon.Find the Audible app.Select Update. For Android Open the Google Play Store.Select your profile icon.Select My apps & games.Find the Audible app in the Updates pending list. Sign out of the app and sign back in again Go to your Profile.Select the Settings gear icon.Scroll down and select Log out.Sign in with your account credentials. Reboot your device Hold the home button on the side of your device.Select the option to shut down or restart when it appears.If you chose to shut down, power the device on again once it has completely powered off.
