How do I know if my membership price is affected? The price increase applies to the Premium Plus monthly membership only. If your membership is affected, you will receive an email from us. When will the price change go into effect? The price change for new and existing members will go into effect from 5th June 2025. Existing members will receive more details via email, as some specific bill dates may vary. You can check your next bill date on the Account Details page on our website What if I'm currently in a free trial or promotional offer? Your free trial or discount period will be unaffected and you will continue to receive the discounted rate for the remainder of your promotional period. If you signed up prior to 6th May 2025, we will honour the monthly price you initially signed up on for your first full-price billing. At the end of your free trial or discount period, your first full-price billing will be at £7.99. The billing after that will be at £8.99 per month. You can check your next bill date on the Account Details page on our website. I've paused my membership - what will happen now? If your membership is currently paused, nothing will change until you return to full-price billing. If you choose to return early from your membership pause, you will pay £8.99 per month from your first full-price bill date after 5th of June 2025. A reminder that when your membership is paused, your monthly payments are paused as well as any member benefits, including new credits and access to the Plus catalogue. The credits you already own will remain active and you can still listen to titles purchased with cash or credits. You can resume your membership anytime or cancel monthly. If you cancel during the pause period you won't be billed and will have access to member benefits until the end of your current billing period. What other membership plans are available?
