Can I merge my Audible account into my Amazon account?

Yes, you can merge your Audible account with your Amazon account if you meet the following criteria:

• You have a "Username Audible account" and an "Amazon account".
• You must have an active payment method on both accounts being merged.
• Neither of the accounts is on Pause.
• You do not have two active Audible memberships.

Before you start:

• If you don't have an Amazon account, create an Amazon account at Amazon.co.uk first or during the merging process.
• If either account is on Pause, reactivate it.
• If you have two active Audible memberships, cancel one.

Note:

• If both of your accounts are already signed in through Amazon, they cannot be merged.
• A "Username Audible account" is the account you sign into on Audible.co.uk using your Audible username.
• An "Amazon account" is the account you sign into on Amazon.co.uk or Audible.co.uk using the email and password associated with your Amazon account.

How do I combine my Audible and Amazon accounts?

You can only merge your accounts through the Audible desktop site.

1. Select Account details.
2. Select Merge now at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your Audible password, Amazon information, and select a payment method.
4. Select Finish.

Tip: Remember to use your Amazon credentials to sign in from now on.

Note: It is not possible to merge accounts via the app or on the mobile site.

What will not be transferred when I merge my Audible and Amazon accounts?

When you merge your accounts, there are a few things that will not be automatically moved:

• Free titles: You will need to add included titles again to your library after merging.
• Re-download: You may have to re-download titles that you already downloaded to the app after merging your accounts.
• History and personalisation: Invoices, bookmarks, and badges cannot be transferred.
• Purchases: Pre-orders will not carry over into the merged account. We recommend cancelling the order before merging and placing it again after merging.
