You can share audiobooks, podcast episodes and featured editorial lists for kids included in your membership, as well as any titles for kids that you’ve purchased with cash or credit, right from your Library. There’s no limit to how many titles you can share.

Notes:

• Kids Profile is only available in the Audible app for iOS and Android and on the Audible website.
• Audible does not currently support Amazon Family Library Sharing.
• Some titles are restricted from sharing, such as erotica audiobooks, content with ads, and titles narrated with Virtual Voice narration.
• Kids Profiles don’t get access to credits. You’ll need to purchase titles with your credit first, then share it to your Kids Profile.

How do I share an audiobook with my Kids Profile?

You can share audiobooks with your Kids Profile from your Library.

In the app

1. If you haven’t already, add the audiobook to your Library.
2. Go to the audiobook in your Library.
3. Select the 3-dot more menu.
4. Select Share to Kids Profile.

On desktop

1. Go to the Audible site and sign in.
2. If you haven’t already, add the audiobook to your Library.
3. Go to the audiobook in your Library.
4. Select Share to Kids Profile.

Can I share a podcast episode with my Kids Profile?

Yes. You can share Audible Original podcast episodes with your Kids Profile from your Library anytime.

In the app

1. If you haven’t already, add the podcast episode to your Library.
2. Go to the podcast episode in the Podcasts section of your Library.
3. Select the 3-dot more menu.
4. Select Share to Kids Profile.

How do I share a list to my Kids Profile?

To share a list with your Kids Profile, all podcast episodes and audiobooks within it must be owned or included in your membership and for kids. If you don’t own or have access to all titles in the list, it will show as “Partially shared” in your Library.

In the app

1. If you haven’t already, save the kids list to your Lists.
2. Go to Lists in your Library.
3. Select the 3-dot more menu for the list you want to share.
4. Select Share to Kids Profile.

What happens to titles I shared if I cancel or pause my membership?

When you cancel your membership, any audiobooks or podcast episodes you had access to as part of your Audible membership will be locked in your Library as well as your Kids Profile. Any titles you purchased with cash or credit will still be available.

When you pause your membership, any shared audiobooks or podcasts that are included with your membership will also be locked until your membership resumes. Any titles you purchased with cash or credit will still be available.

Why is sharing not available for some titles and lists?

There a few reasons that sharing a title or list to your Kids Profile isn’t available:

• You don’t own or have access to the audiobook or podcast episode.
• The audiobook or podcast episode can’t be shared with a Kids Profile.

The list includes titles that can’t be shared with a Kids Profile.
